Although I had a great massage here (Teresa), my friend and I were very disappointed that we were unable to use the whirlpool, which was visibly coated with something - maybe massage oils? It was really a turnoff.
Our first unpleasant experience, though, was the bathroom. Although the surface areas appeared clean, the trash was overflowing, there were no handtowels available and the place had an overall odor of urine that was so surprising for a place like the Omni Hotel! By the time we finished our massages, the trash was gone, and fresh handtowels appeared, but, of course, the urine odor remained, and it was strong.
We (and another guest) were wandering around looking for our robes (no one mentioned that they were already in our locker!) - it would have been nice to know.
The massage itself was very good, Teresa was attentive, pleasant and experienced.
I would visit this business again? No
