I haven't been to this spa in years and this year without my authority they charged for services that never happened. This is the second time this has happened to me with this spa. I had to order all new credit cards because of the. DON'T GO HERE.

We never charge anyone's credit card without their authorization. We do take a credit card at the time of reservation, but this is just to reserve the appointment time. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which we inform everyone about. We will only charge a credit card if a client "no shows" their appointment with no phone call. If this person's credit card was charged for an appointment they didn't receive, it must have been because they made an appointment with us and then "no showed", and never gave us the courtesy of a phone call to cancel.
