The place is gorgeous. Big brown doors that u push open and when u step in the place is warm and dim. You just feel comfortable when u walk in. U already know it's going to be a amazing expereince.
The staff is really friendly and Kristin, the owner is super nice and really cares about her employees.
If it's your first time here, once u check in they give you a card and you are automatically a member and they keep all ur info on that. Then you go into the locker room and change into some comfy robes.
Next is the lounge area where they give u snacks and passion fruit tea. I don't drink tea, but that tea was realllly good.
i did the eye hydro and hair massage. i never had anything done like this or seen anything done like this. you sit in this comfy chair that has a sink (like ur washing your hair at a salon) it feels so good and they my hair comes out silky smooth ( i have really damaged hair) also my eyes were so puffy when i came in, but after the eye hydro my eyes were back to normal. my right eyes were really dry and no eye cream was working except for the one i bought at faces plus.
Worth every $
