The Spa at Andreas Hotel
What a hidden jewel!

My friend and I plan a yearly spa trip and this year we were lucky enough to choose Andreas Spa and Hotel. Driving past the front of the hotel you would never guess that this hidden jewel even exists. Don't be fooled ... the pictures tell the real story; we were SO pleasantly surprised. The history of this property is quite interesting as it was built in 1935 and saw many of the old Palm Springs guests and celebrities. Since then it's been beautifully remodeled. We stayed in the two bedroom executive suite and thought we had died and gone to heaven. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious with a small balcony off the pool. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as well as two full bathrooms each with a spa tub. We both had spa services and thoroughly enjoyed the treatments, the therapists and the Epicuran products used. There was ample parking and the downtown location was perfect to walk to shopping and restaurants. In spite of the close proximity to all the activity, the hotel and rooms were extremely quiet ... not once did we hear any noise from the street or anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to couples or families ... it was a perfect place to stay and we'll be back :-)
