I had a wonderful lactic acid facial yesterday. The esthetician explained each step of the process. She did hand and foot massage while the masks were soaking in. Everything was perfect.

I can see the difference in my skin already! I will be back next month!

Had a wonderful lactic acid facial today!! I found my new spa!

My amazing boyfriend booked a prenatal 1/2 day package for me. I have no words to describe how utterly perfect every service I received that day was for me.

My appointment started with a facial by Kerry. It was the best facial I've ever received. (I typically bounce around from place to place getting 2-3 facials per year by different people because I'm never truly impressed. This bouncing around ends now! I'm a Kerry customer for life!)

I have been going to the same massage therapist for 3 years, and almost cried when I found out he doesn't do prenatal massage. I was a little apprehensive to visit someone new, but Carrah put me at ease and provided an AMAZING massage.

My unbelieveable day ended with a mani/pedi by Jennifer D. My nails have never looked so perfect! I typically end up fixing some issue when I get home from having my nails done, but there was nothing to fix after Jennifer was finished!

I am truly blown away by the perfect service, relaxing, fun, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff at Glow. Can't wait to see you girls again!

I booked a four layer facial for noon, and wasn't seen until 12:45. I had another appointment after this one (with my wedding coordinator to review plans) that I ended up being late to as a result.

Kimberly did appologize, upgrade and discount my service, and rush me through my one hour appointment in about 45 minutes.

While I appreicate this, I felt rushed and stressed out upon leaving instead of relaxed. Additionally we were supposed to establish a plan to have my skin glowing by my wedding, but we didn't have time.

Upon seeing my less than stellar review, the owner cancelled my second appointment which was supposed to be the free peel they advertise as their Spa Finder special when a four layer facial is purchased. (False advertising?!)

I gave 5 stars for Service Quality b/c my facial did make a difference in my skin, and felt wonderful. I downgraded atmosphere and staff expertise because I felt rushed, frustrated, and stressed - not happy and relaxed. And because their staff is unwilling to make a bad first experience into an excellent second experience.
