Went to spa 190 after receiving a gift certificate from my children. Had a one hour Swedish massage with Bridgette. Very good- knew just how to work out the knots n my back without causing pain. All in all it was a very relaxing time ad Spa 190 was very clean,had a nice staff.I would return for sure, perhaps next time for a facial.
