I have visited Body Essentials on one other previous occasion. It was a good experience, the masseuse I had was very good. She was very attentive to my needs, took her time, and was skilled as a masseuse. Naturally, I thought I would come back again given the experience I had previously. Also, it was clean, the receptionist was nice, and there was easy parking.
This last therapist I had was not good at all. She was not knowledgeable and was limited in her technique. I paid for a 90 minute massage and it was cut short by 10 minutes. She left the room for an inordinate amount of time to get the hot towels. (Other spas I have been to have the hot towels already in the room, or leave momentarily. It made me wonder if she forgot about me.) She didn't meet me in the front, even though she made it a point to tell me two times that she would meet me in the front. Instead she was hurriedly getting her items ready in the front.
I am concerned about the consistency of the quality of the therapists at this spa. I have been to other spas and this is the first time I have been treated this way. I hope by posting this review that you will avoid a similar situation.
I would visit this business again? No
