Got this as a gift for my wife and mother-in-law.
My wife called to make an appointment and got VM.
2 days and no call back.
I sent an email and got a response a day later.
My wife's father had just passed and she wanted to go with her mother on his birthday to deal with the first since his passing.
A few days before the appointment I got an email stating their was a family emergency and they would have to cancel. Unfortunate but, I understood. It then took weeks of sending emails and not getting relies for 2-3 days and then sending another email and getting more dates to choose and then not getting replies again. They must have more business than they can handle. I was offered free massages as part of the packages I purchased and I thought that was nice. However, when they went to their appointment (which they thoroughly enjoyed) they were billed for the addition of the massage. I had sent an email including the email where they said the messages would be free but have been completely ignored.
We found out a friend of ours had also bought a package recently from them and had the same issues trying to make an appointment.
The packages were all purchased from Groupon. We figured they didn't care because they had already been paid.
I would visit this business again? No
