I went here in Feb/2011. The staff was great at there job, they all seemed very competent, and was very polite. My only real complaint is about the owner Amber. She is a heck of a stylist, but her professionalism is HORRIBLE!!! She belittles her staff in front of clients, including their own!! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. No respect for the client (by putting them in that uncomfortable position), but also her staff. From a hair standpoint they do a good job, but she could use a lesson in spa etiquette, and professionalism.
I would visit this business again? No
