I was impressed by the reviews and excited to go, I called to make an appointment and had the hardest time trying to do so. They spoke very poor English, it was hard to understand. I arrived for my appointment(underarm waxing) and was told I had to wait because the wax was not ready. When called in for service the wax still not ready and had to wait again. The lady doing my service forgot to wash her hands, apply the powder, forgot to wear gloves as stated in the service requirements, and had a hard time trying to remove the wax from my armpits. While doing the service I had her armpit in my face the entire time which was not very pleasant. She was not able to complete the service and asked if I could go back to finish, I refused because of the horrible service that I received. This was not a very nice experience.
