Cutomer Service at it's Best

I had recieved a spa finder gift card for my anniversary. My husband had heard of Amici's via a associate of his who has her padicure and manicures done there and she had reccomened the sap to him. As soon as I walked in the door, I had been greeted by the receptionist and a few staff members. I was asked so welcomlely my name, and if I wanted a beverage, while my spa girl was on her way down. I had a great conversation with the few girls there at the front, and when my girl was ready to treat me with a pedicure that my husband had treated me to, I felt to welcomed and relaxed befor I even sat in the nice pedicure station. Very sanitary, and the girl who took care of me, was so sweet, and proffesional. I have pre booked my pedicures once a month, and love the consistant customer service I get every time. I now started to get my hair cut in the salon, and love the attention and cut I get.
Love to reccomend Amici's to anyone local or visiting Kelowna
