I booked an appointment at Plaza Cortez and when I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist informed me the aesthetician had left for the day so I couldn't receive my service.
Despite me having made an appointment just a few hours earlier in the day, they felt it was okay to just leave and not have the courtesy to call me to cancel or reschedule. Most spas will charge customers when they don't show up for a service but when it's the other way around, all the customer gets is a wasted trip.
Plaza Cortez should be embarassed by their lack of customer service.
I would visit this business again? No
