I visited Bocci once and I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming: trendy, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional and the noise level was appropriate. It seemed that the variety of services offered was about on-par with other local spas as was the level of service expertise. Overall, this is a nice spa and I would recommend it, but it's not the nicest spa I've ever visited.

I visited this spa once--and only once. First, the rooms had paper-thin walls, which made my room extremely loud from the lobby conversations as well as the construction going on next door. Additionally, the massage table was rickety and the sheets were, as I joke, "basket weave thread count." Ouch! They also don't use any type of aromatherapy and I think my therapist was straight out of massage school. The staff tried to be friendly, but I couldn't wait for my massage to be over. Overall, this was not at all relaxing and I won't return or recommend.

Recently visited this spa. It was only average. The steam room smelled like mildew and all of the showers (yes, I checked each one in the women's facility) were horribly dirty (hair in the drains, soap on the walls, etc). I've sent a letter to management to inform them, but no response. For the prices they are charging, I expected much better. This is only average.

I've visited here a few times. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the staff is friendly. I love that they have late and weekend hours--perfect way to cap off a long work day, workout session or just to relax before night!

The spa at the Villagio is accessible to guests of either the Villagio or the Vintage Inn. Overall, a very nice facility. It included a steam room, outdoor pool and spa (with a little fireplace), locker rooms with basic amenities and some specialized services like massage rooms, outdoor couples tubs (private rental) and a vichy shower. I think they could do a better job with the fitness equipment and extra spa touches (like snacks and more variety of flavored water), but overall, it was a very nice spa and I would definitely recommend!
