I went to this spa due to a special they had advertised! Oh my god, was I in for a surprise. The bathroom was filthy and also used as a storage space. There was grime on the bathroom sink. Then my massage was in a room that had a loud noise coming from the laundry machine which management said couldn't be helped. I thought that maybe all the bad thus far would be turned around by a great massage!! Not my luck! The masseuse was the most in-experienced I've ever had! She had zero experience in her hands and It felt completely like the masseuse doing the massage, "uncomfortable". I was so unhappy I demanded my money to me reimbursed and I got it all back after pointing out all the problems with the facility and clearly describing the inadequacy of the masseuse. I am a licensed physical therapists for nearly 30years and know what a substandard massage is. This facility is definitely below standard in every way! Hopefully my constructive criticism to the owner has prompted her to make the upgrades that are necessary. I would not go here again!
