I had a very negative experience here. I booked a couples massage, which was listed on their website as $109 and this price was confirmed during the booking phone call. The massages were mediocre at best. When we left I was surprised to learn the price was actually $140 because I was using a SpaFinder card and that $109 was a "special". I did not argue at the time, trying to stay relaxed after my massage. The next day it still bothered me that I was charged 30% more due to my method of payment. After confirming that $109 for a couples massage was not listed as a special anywhere on their website I called back and spoke with the owner. As it turned out, she was who booked my massage and took my payment at the spa. She was unwilling to do anything about it and eventually hung up-she also will not respond to my email. I would not have found her Spa with out the use of SpaFinder, and yet because I had a SpaFinder gift card I was treated completely different. This is not an honest business.
I would visit this business again? No
