From the moment AVIE! opened its doors it has been doing the most amazing job. Kim and her staff are knowledgeable, caring, informative, professional, and above all, THE BEST at what they do!! They are reasonably priced, the spa is beautiful, serene and immaculately clean. And they don't put on the high pressure sales technique!! They will make suggestions~but there is no expectation that you will make a purchase.

AVIE!! is a great new addition to Loudoun County and the other "medi"spas should lookout!! AVIE! is far better than all the other options.

Red Door offers a huge number of services in each category (facials, massages, body treatments, etc)...maybe they should offer fewer and do those ones better.

Red Door needs to catch on that with the number of spa out there nowadays that just their name isn't going to cut it~they actually have to live up to that name, EVERYTIME!!

I don't think that the staff at Jolie has any training whether it be the front desk, massage therapist, aestetician etc. They all seem like they just walked in, filled out an application, were hired and put on the floor.

I asked some specific questions about my massage and facial~ I got different answers from each person I asked. I have VERY sensitive skin and NONE of them were able to tell me what was in the products they were using or if those products were appropriate for my skin.

I believe this not only makes this a bad spa, but a dangerous one.

If you want the ULTIMATE massage, go see Ken!! He is a master at this art. I felt like I was floating 25 feet off the ground when he was done and all my knots and kinks were gone!! Ken also has a very soothing voice and personality which lends itself well to his expertise!!

If you want Botox, Juvederm, Laser treatments, etc~ go see Nancy. She will explain all the fine details of the procedures, she will recommend which ones that YOU are interested in would be best, she takes her time and it pays off in amazing results!! She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met!!

All the staff is polite and friendly. Check this place out!!
