VERY RUDE, GRUMPY, UNHELPFUL STAFF

I went to Champneys Guildford this morning for a facial at 9am. I arrived to find the door locked but the staff were inside. I alerted a member of staff and was told that as the manager "hadn't turned up" that I had to wait for a few minutes. Despite there being four members of staff inside, myself and another client had to wait on the street. When the manager did arrive the door was unlocked but we were not invited inside, we were left on the street having to ask if we may now enter. I was then not allowed to have my facial because I am currently having chemotherapy which conflicts with their policy. I can understand that BUT I had told the member of staff when I made the appointment that I have cancer and she made the appointment anyway. When I was told I couldn't have the treatment I was quite upset and was offered no kind words but left in tears. I will NEVER go to this spa again and suggest that their staff get some training on how to treat people!
