I visited the spa and used the Spa Finder Certificate. The front desk attendant was very rude about the certifcate stating she had to charge us the full amount then refund the amount that was left after the certificate. When I finally did check out she did not provide a receipt, did not have me sign anything, and stated there was nothing left for me to do. My boyfriend had purchased something in the store earlier that day and without consent the attendant kept the card on file and charged it the following day.
I found the spa and the facilty to be very nice and relaxing, the attendants were very nice. Overall it was a good experience besides the attendants and the misunderstanding with the credit card. In the future I would, however, be wary about giving any sort of credit card here.I would visit this business again? No
