My sweetheart and I had a Couples Massage here. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. The spa was calm, peaceful and felt clean but not cold.

I called last minute during Thanksgiving time, afraid I wouldn't get an appointment but they squeezed us in. Overall it was a lovely experience.

I had one great massage and one horrible massage. Because of how bad the second massage was I wouldn't risk returning to this uninspired looking spa.

Going to Bliss is like a vacation from life right in the middle of the city. The price is a little high but the complete escape along with quality work at this spa makes it worth it. I got a facial and a mani/pedi and they were both so relaxing. I love Bliss!

This spa is absolutely beautiful. Relaxing waterfall wall that is floor to ceiling, very clean and modern decor makes this one of the prettiest spas I've been to in the Bay Area. I had a good facial, some waxing and a haircut. My treatments were good but all three spa employees that performed my treatments "hard sold" products the whole time. Even after I said that I used the products they were selling they continued to sell. My friend that went in the same day and had different esthetician said she had a similar experience. I would return to this spa but I plan on asking when making the appointment for the product suggestions to be kept to a minimum.

I have had some really amazing facial here. I hate extractions but love the results I get from them. The esthetician made the extractions pretty painless but still did a good job. The vibe is very relaxing and the spa looks ultra clean.

I had a mediocre massage here. The cute Victorian house and kind staff weren't enough for me to return because the massage was just average. The pressure wasn't hard enough even after asking the masseuse to apply more and she burned the sole of one of my feet with the hot stones. It seemed like an accident that didn't happen often but it hurt to walk for a day or two after.

I got a great haircut at this salon. My 6 year old boy was with me and they squeezed him in too. We both left looking great.
