If you make an appointment, expect it to either be cancelled or rescheduled the day of your expected appointment. I can't belive how many times that they called to say sorry. If you have a membership and feel the monthly charge needs to stop make sure you ask the person behind the desk for the 30-day cancellation form, because they won't offer it, then, they'll charge you again and when you ask why they'll say they need that form. Bad business, bad service, OK massages....
