Amazing experience at The Regent Palms

I was fortunate enough to be pampered at The Regent Palms, not once but twice last week! From the first conversation with Miss Jane, I knew this was a special place. When we arrived Jane treated us like family and we were escorted to change into our robes. Janice was my therapist for the Rocks of the Caribbean (hot stone massage). It was absolutely amazing!!! The facilities were beautiful and clean. I actually felt like I was in a dream the day was so relaxing and wonderful! The treatment room was cool and comfortable, a real retreat from life! We were so happy with our experience that we booked additional treatments for that week. Jane was so accommodating and made sure we were treated like royalty!
The next day we met Sara, the spa manager, who was delightful! She went out of our way to make sure we were happy( which we were)!!!!
An excellent spa in a beautiful hotel! A must stay for all who visit Provo!
