I went here over a year ago and it was my first time ever going to a spa. My fiance and I received gift cards from his parents to use the grounds for the day and have lunch. The pools are very nice - they are big so they don't get overcrowded easily. There is also a quiet room overlooking the woods that was very peaceful - next time I know to bring something to read! We did not get any spa treatments, but will be going back in the next few months to have a couples massage. My only complaint was the food - I know it is supposed to be healthy, but it was incredibly bland, especially the soup (and I usually don't mind bland food). I wouldn't recommend anyone paying for this food, but I would recommend going to the spa and enjoying the pools/grounds.

I went to Ste. Anne's in May for the first time with my sister and mom. We stayed overnight in the birdsong cottage. We had a really good time - the food was great, the accommodations were wonderful and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a very quiet and peaceful night. The spa facilities are good, but I wish the hot pools were a bit larger (compared to other places I've been). Luckily there weren't very many people there because the weather was not so great, but I can see how the pools would easily get overcrowded very quickly. The three of us had deep tissue massages (we each had a different massage therapist) and we all agreed that it was one of the best we've had. I also loved how everyone went to the dinning room in robes - made the whole experience very relaxing. My only complaint would be about this one waitress we kept getting. She wasn't knowledgeable at all (we asked her what something was on the menu and she said "I don't know" and starred at us blankly instead of telling us she'd find out). All the other waiters/waitresses seemed to be good except this one. I want to go back again and stay overnight with my fiance - just need to save up some money for both of us to go!
