I was able to get a same-day massage reservation with Agatha while staying downtown for a night on business and was very satisfied with my entire experience with Yolanda Aguillar.
Locker room was nice albeit small (with waiting area inside it), clean and included a nice steamroom which I enjoyed both before and after the massage. Shower was clean and of good size.
Agatha was a very good masseuse and very sweet. I tend to get a massage closer to my home about every month and Agatha's skills were right up among the best I've had. Very relaxing. She gave particular attention to some trouble areas and the use of ample hot towels was very much appreciated.
Cost was typical of a spa massage and I was using SpaFinder gift certificates I received as a gift so the sting wasn't bad at all. Save $20 and buy some yourself at Costco to lessen the bite.
I'd definitely go again if I happened to be downtown and had some more certs to use.
The only suggestion I'd make is to provide some deodorant/anti-perspirant and some hair products at the sink in the bathroom for use after showering. No big deal though.
