Awful Pedicure and Manicure with Jazmin on 7/9/2011

I was disappointed in the way I was treated by the young girl at the desk and Jazmin's pedicure and manicure job was nothing like what I am accustomed to receiving at Bliss 49. I have been going to Bliss 49 for the past 2 yrs & have always received top-notch, very professional & awesome service. I usually go for cheek, lip and chin waxing (Maya & the other technicians who service me are always amazing) & I occasionally get a manicure & pedicure on the same floor where I get my waxing, & the technicians assigned to me are always very professional & awesome. However, on Sat 7/9, I walked over to the desk on the ground floor & as I introduced myself, the young lady abruptly cut me off & said that I would be "downstairs today" & then she walked away from the desk. I looked around & then I said to the young lady "excuse me, I don't understand what you mean by "downstairs", I always go upstairs for my appointments" & she curtly retorted that I would be "downstairs". So I asked her to direct me to where "downstaris was" & she pointed with her finger. This behavior was upsetting & the service was awful. Suffice it to say that the pedicure caused an allergic reaction to my feet & the poor manicure took 5 mins! signed, long-time client
