After speaking with friends in other parts of the country about this amazing new workout technique called Pure Barre, I was very pleased to hear that it was coming to Sarasota. I had the opportunity to take my first class last week, and can honestly say that it did not disappoint! I purchased the month unlimited package and plan to make this class a permanent part of my weekly workout routine!
The two owners, Melissa & Sara, are fantastic and truly dedicated to the teaching of this unique exercise experience. I found them to be extremely helpful during class to see to it that myself and the other new students grasp the technique. You are truly missing out if you do not give Pure Barre Sarasota a try!!
