My daughter and I had facials and massages in March, 2011. Our experience was good and we even purchased the recommended Eminence facial products.Of the four products purchased, three were fine but one was not. Despite assurance from Adrienne that the product would be refunded or replaced, my phone call in April and subsequent emails (2) remain unanswered. It is now July and I still have a $50.00 useless product. As a result, I cannot recommend this spa as highly as it would otherwise deserve.

I would visit this business again? No

Hi Carol, Thank you for your review. Our business is not able to grow and improve without the input of our valued clients. We have not had (at least in the past year) an Adrienne working for us. Beyond this, it has always been our policy to return only unopened and unused products for spa credit. If this is the case, please come in at your earliest convenience and we would be more than happy to help you! Thank you again for your review!
