Amazing Massage Experience!

I went to the Spa at Willow Bend for the first time recently and had Cathy give me a 60 minute massage, and it was divine! I've had many massages before--being a teacher I need them more often!--but my experience with Cathy was by far the most relaxing, helpful, soothing, and educational (yes, I said that!) massage I've ever had. I have pretty bad neck issues, and she shared a wealth of knowledge about stretches, positioning, etc, for me to practice at home in between massages. This is not your run-of-the-mill massage factory. It's part of a wellness center, and I definitely got the impression that their staff is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and really does care about not just your one-time massage, but your overall health. Awesome experience, definitely going back in a month!
