the 2 stars are for a beautiful mani/pedi ...
--bad customer service.
basically, i should have gotten $$ back for something and i didn't because i was never informed of the policy--i ended up getting less than half back but if a salon/store/etc. wants their customers to be totally satisfied and WANT to come back, they should do everything they can to make sure that happens (especially if that means giving a measly 55 bucks back).
one thing i know is, this would NEVER happen at nordstrom. those people truly care about customer satisfaction.
I would visit this business again? No
