Serendipity Boutique and Day Spa

I took a day off work for a little spa time, something I've never done. I chose this spa because of high ratings and booked several services. The services were great. 5 stars. Everyone was nice and professional and I left very pleased, ready to go back. BUT several hours after I got home, the spa called. "Yeah, we undercharged you, we're gonna need a credit card number." And that was it. No apology. And THEN she asked me if I wanted to include a tip in this new charge! I was so taken aback that I gave her my card number, but after I hung up and thought about it, I was really angry. When I paid at the spa, she never asked me what services I'd received. I just accepted the total she told me and happily paid. I didn't do anything wrong. I think better customer service would've been to bite the bullet and take the loss, since it was their mistake. Or an apology would've at least been nice. So I had a great spa day, but overall a bad experience. Won't be going back.
