This salon was remodeled a few years ago and has a nice open modern quality. The front desk staff were professional and polite. I was immediately greeted and checked in. My stylist arrived within a moment and I did not have to wait. The stylist was very attentive to my comfort and hairstyle. You could tell that she really cared about her profession. I had color, some highlights, a keratin treatment and a haircut. She did all of the work herself - from shampoo to blow dry. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line. The salon was clean and I saw staff taking care to keep it that way - sweeping and cleaning up their color mixing area as they went. I left feeling well taken care of.

I stopped going here because of scheduling problems and long waiting time when I arrived. Otherwise the work was very good.

Modern decor and open concept. I stopped going because the price of services felt too high and I did not love my haircut enough to justify it. Plus I wanted to try a place closer to home. And the metered parking was annoying - I always had to have quarters handy. ATM in lobby felt a little tacky to me. Despite all that, I do consider it to be a good quality salon - just not the right fit for me.

This was the first spa I ever went to...and boy did I start at the top! Outdoor massages, with water running under the open air thatched huts surrounded by jungle foliage and bird, were amazing. The sweat lodge experience was safe and spiritual. Staff are excellent and professional. The environment is serene and unlike any spa I have ever been to. It's a long journey to get to this hotel and spa....but worth the effort for a unique experience.

My husband purchased a package of massages for me here. I have had one hour massage so far. The strength of the masseur was great. I may try a less intense massage next time - perhaps swedish. Very pleasant experience.

Went for a massage recently. Massage itself was good. Products used were nice. My face felt great - loved the eye pads. Staff were friendly and not pretentious but conversational during entire massage. I chatted too, but in retrospect I would have preferred silence and music. If I go back I will remain quiet and enjoy the experience. Just a side note - I went after a tough gym workout and was sore the next day. I'd wait a day after working out before going for a massage so I'd get the full benefit next time. Overall a positive experience and worth a return trip.
