I can't say enough about my positive experiences with Cynthia & the beautiful atmosphere. She was able to personalize my massage when I was training for my first marathon. Just when I thought I would not recover from a long weekend run Cynthia would perform her "magic" on Monday to get me back on track for the week. After my marathon she knew exactly what to do and I had the best post marathon week!!! She truly has a gift and her energy is positive, peaceful, and genuine. Cynthia takes the time to assess what your body needs and gives great tips. I am always looking forward to my next visit...she is a gem!!!
