The Red Door in Reston is sub par for their brand nationwide. I had a recent facial there that left me with ongoing broken blood vessel purplish dots from painful, inexperienced extractions. I told the girl to stop because she was hurting me so much! I also got offered the "extra" product and was smart enough to ask if there were an extra fee. They apparently try to upsell during your facial for an extra $50! The check-in is unwelcoming, and the atmosphere is claustrophobic. Go to Tysons for a better ambiance and more experienced staff.
