Very nice staff at the front desk. I used my spa finder cards and a gift cert. from my son. Massage, hair cut and blow dry. You know how it is when you go to a new place to have your hair done. More times then not your hair never turns out the way you want. Not at this spa. The girl who cut my hair is Janelle she really listened to what I wanted, asked questions and got the cut to a tee. I love it she is very professional, experienced and friendly. Very difficult to find in one package. My massage therapist is Michelle. Oh my GOD! You have to ask for her if your going for a massage. Ask for Janelle for hair.. Some how Michelle new every sore spot and tight spot I had and without my saying a word. I just relaxed and enjoyed my deep tissue massage. Very knowledgeable and professional. The spa was clean. Atmosphere is nice but a little small in the relaxation area. But, the staff is worth every bit of the cost. I will go back again and again.

The receptionist was nice on the phone and said this is a "up scale spa". I have no idea why there are some high ratings for this place on this site. The staff is indifferent. The robes remind me of hospital gowns and to go with it rubber flip flops. The mediation room has $1.00 store cookies. Come on..... Two beverages available. Lemon water that has sat around for a while and cold Tea that is supposed to be hot tea. I told them the tea was cold and they said the candle it sat on would heat it up. It never did. Signed up for deep tissue massage. It was not. Also fingers and toes not massaged. Massage not long enough for the value. Nails done quickly and honestly I could have done better on my own. This is not a "high end spa". Needs improvement and a long way to go before they can say "high end" Not satisfied after paying over $300.00 for a massage and nails for two.
