Beautiful spa, but service was quite lacking.

Pros:

great decor, steam, sauna, standing vichy shower, cold plunge pool were great as well as the amentites.

Cons:

Massage was disappointing, jacuzzi was broken, music playing throughout the spa was not relaxing, people talking loud in the "relaxation room", attendant constantly checking his cell phone and that's when you could find him. I was the only one there and it took them 20 min to get me a razor.

Nice place, but need to work on their basic service.

This is what a spa should be. Great massage, and wonderful facilities. The Hydrothreapy Terme Baths, Waterfall Showers, Sauna, Steam, Whirlpool, Viche Shower, Cold Plunge and Wet room are all unbelievable! Huge space, and not a lot of people. Great service, and excellent therapists. The baths,Waterfall Showers, and whirlpool are out in the open and are clothing optional, with most opting for au natural. Yes, it's expensive, but you're in Maui. Do it, and worry about paying for it later.

A definite when visiting Maui!

What a fantastic spa! Great amenties, many soaking pools, jacuzzis, steam room, etc. to choose from. The "Snow Room" is nice, but a little overrated. It's a cold room with little flakes flying around. I think it's more of a novelty that a spa experience.

My treatment was great. It's a huge spa, and although there are many people there, it didn't feel crowded. If modesty is important, you may was to skip Qua. It's clothing optional, but I didn't see any clothing in any of the baths, jacuzzis. Only skin. But since everyone is au natural it doesn't feel awkward.

Very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Vegas.

Great spa! Wonderful setup. Outdoor showers were very nice. Very good massage. Was disappointed with no hot tub or steam room, but all in all not bad.

Great experience at Skana. Mineral pool, sauna, steam, and whirlpool were all very relaxing. Not crowded either. Great massage, and overall a great Spa experience. The casino/resort is in the middle of nowhere on an Indian reservation, so not much else in the area. The only bad thing is the casino and hotel lobby reek of cigarette smoke. The Spa is well removed from that though.

Spa is great. Casino/Hotel is nice, but smoky.

I decided to give the Urban Muse another try because the last treatment I received was so fantastic, and I was not disappointed.

I had a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage, and it was by far the best spa treatment I had ever had! My therapist, Jillian, was superb and was very attentive to making this treatment everything I wanted ity to be. She's a real asset to the Spa.

I was in the upstairs part of the Spa this time, which has a nice, big relaxation room that is very well decorated. A very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere. A wonderful steam shower afterward capped off the treatment.

I left the spa very relaxed. Many thanks to the staff at the Urban Muse, especially Denise Joy and Jillian for making sure I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back, and have put Urban Muse gift cards on my Christmas list! I hope Santa comes through. Many thanks!

Recently had a massage/wrap at Urban Muse. Masseuse/staff = excellent. Spa is disappointing.

When you walk in, you are in the retail store. You are led to the back area through a glass door and down a long narrow hallway with 8 treatment rooms on the sides. The relaxation room is at the end, and is extremely small. It's decorated very nicely, with snacks and water available. As I tried to relax, the room was noisy. First, there are 2 doors into the spa, the store entrance, and a back employee only one. Every time those doors are opened (happened a lot), a beeping sound goes off, like a burglar alarm door sensor. Also, through the back employee door you can hear employees talking and laughing with each other. This is not relaxing Also, you can see the front glass door from part of the relaxation room, so patrons in the store can look in and see you. Lots of talking in the hallway during my treatment also. Only 1 shower (with steam, that did not work), and a separate bathroom down the hall. No sauna, lockers, or jacuzzi.

Nice people, and if you're looking for just a great treatment, go here. If you're looking for more spa/atmosphere/amenities...look elsewhere. Gave 4 stars b/c of great massage, otherwise a 3.
