Nice but needs help

The spa was nice but the waiting area for your treatment needs a lot of help. Chairs and couches in this area were not comfortable and the variety of snacks and drinks were very limited along with seating in other areas of the spa. My facial made up for all of these issues. Beware of the up sale of products. When you check in you will see a whole store full of products and they will make sure to tell you about a few-not pushy but can tell they have been told to sell.

I recently visted the Qua Spa and enjoyed everything. The only thing I can add is that I wish the tea room had more variety of teas. I had the Vichy shower treatment, it was nice and something different to try but I wish the staff member would have explained more what she was doing. My friend had the same treatment with a different staff member that day and she had a different experience (better) than I. Her staff member gave her the extra product she did not use and told her more about it.
Overall a great place to visit, steam room was great, especially when you could step into the cold room right next to it to have a quick cool down. You must visit and try everything.
