My husband and I thought to try this spa instead of traveling 3 hours north to Wine Country like we usually do. Although the masseuse gave us great treatment the previous times, the front desk girls were unfriendly and abrupt during our last and final visit. We were not sure of our appt time and called earlier--my husband left his cell number and a message since he got a recording. When we arrived the girl at the front desk said we were late. We received no phone call back. My husband had checked his cell phone and tried to show the girl, but she was quite rude and said our session would be cut short and we'd have to pay for the full session. I wish we got her name, but was too frustrated as we canceled and walked out. AquaBlue, please hire experienced and mature front staff people because you have lost our business forever.
