After a stressful few weeks at work, I called Les Mini Vacances and booked the 1/2 day package for me & my husband. I contacted Terri multiple times prior to my visit & she was always very accomodating and pleasant. Terri's home is incredible & inviting. Very peaceful setting, relaxing decor, beautiful fireplace---she truly makes you feel like it's your home right down to being greeted by her cute dog. I was initially a bit reluctant as the spa menu is not as extensive as commercial places--rest assured the treatments were among the best we've had! Jill has amazing hands and the massage was worth every penny! The facial included a paraffin wax treatment which was extremely hydrating and relaxing (we both dozed off at some point during this amazing facial). The lunch has to be ordered in advance--we had the Salmon & the Sole--both of which were excellent. Each comes with salad, green tea with honey, herbal tea, & sorbet (we both had the grapefruit flavor & it was "Wow"). We both left feeling like new again. This was a truly exceptional experience, unlike any other. Thank you Terri & Jill!

My husband and I stayed in one of their suites for the weekend, 2/2012. The best thing about this place is that it is Adults Only, & they have a "no Cell Phone" policy in common areas. There are only 55 rooms, so you never feel crowded & the Lodge manages to give every person the attention they need. It is very expensive but totally worth it if you need a close weekend getaway without the hassle of the airport. The price includes all of your meals as well as access to the pools, fitness center, & classes. They offer a wide variety of activities (painting, geocache, skiing, hiking). If you are a Yoga fan, this is the place for you since it offers at least 10 different types of yoga as well as meditation, pilates, Zumba, spinning. Outdoor jacuzzi was lovely, esp in the snow! The food was gourmet spa-quality, with different gluten-free & vegan options. The bathrooms also offer filtered potable water from the sink (this was important to me). The coffee that was served was one of the best that I've ever had (Dewey Egbert). My husband & I each got an amazing facial & massage. The Lodge has won several awards-- "6th best spa in the world," which it deserves, but just remember you are in the Poconos...not Bali or Hawaii.

My fiance and I stayed here for the weekend Sept 2011, since the sister hotel was hosting Oktoberfest. I definitely recommend staying in one of the suites at Grand Cascades Lodge--get ready to be spoiled! We purchased a "Spa & Stay package." We both enjoyed a couples sports massage, and following that, I had a Chai-Soy Detoxifying Facial, which was divine. They had quite an interesting variety of facials available. There were 2 lounges which offered complementary chocolates, small pastries filled with chocolate mousse & vanilla pistachio, water to which some type of fruit antioxidant "serums" could be added, & a variety of teas. After your treatments, you get a foot soak & a free glass of champagne! I also felt like a kid again in the Biosphere complex, since it has a long windy slide that even the adults can "ride." The restaurants, wine cellar tour, and Sunday Hike rounded out our experience. I am definitely going back!

My girlfriends treated me to a bachelorette Spa Day at Tiba Nu Nashville in August 2011. First time I had a male masseuse--I have to admit I was a bit shy but he made me feel VERY comfortable as he was also extremely professional. This has been my BEST massage ever. The Brightening Facial was very luxurious--it lasted more than an hour and she used products made of caviar. The spa robes & slippers were very comfortable. They give you aromatic herbal tea & water while you wait. The products in the front were expensive but on sale for practically half off or more. Only negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was a larger sitting area. Also, the website needs work. It feels more like a "shopping cart" & it doesn't truly give the customer a sense of what GREAT service they provide. I would definetely go back for the service though!

My close girlfriend lived in the Lofts above this Spa in Robbinsville for 2 yrs & I had the chance to visit in 2009 for a Girls Weekend. My girlfriend got frequent treatments there from hair & nails, massages, & facials. They have all sorts of treats, like coffees, teas, chocolates, bagels, fruit, nuts and other surprises set up for you while you wait at no cost. This spa manages to be glamorous without being snobby. The manager is down-to-earth. All of the girls that work there help to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The woman who did my facial made me feel very relaxed & the entire spa as well as the rooms are gorgeous!
