I have been here many times. I have enjoyed the facials here and the microderm. However the massage I booked was very dissapointing. I have a lot of experience getting massages by quite skilled people. The gal who massaged me was truly no better than if I were trying to massage myself. I really felt she was just PUSHING and PULLING at me the whole time. She worked certain areas on my body for so long that I felt rubbed raw. I also did not think she used any technique at all, just pushing at my flesh and pulling. She did not try to work my muscles or to make me better in any way. I thought about complaining, but don't want to put someone out of their job. Still, my advice is to get a massage elsewhere.

I came here for the first time hoping to find a new spa to go to in my area. Reading all the nice reviews I expected something great, and didn't get it.

While I appreciated the treats in the waiting room, and the foot soak prior to my massage, I was dissapointed to not be given an actual spa robe to change into. Isn't that the point of going to a spa? My therapist seemed tentative, and not very confident, which bothered me. She led me into the room where again I changed out of my clothes and hopped on the bed, no robe. Her technique was just not there. Her movements were extremely fast as she massaged my back, not slow and relaxing the way it should be. I was also dissapointed when I learned that a 90 minute massage does not include a scalp massage?? Really? She said "Not all clients want it." Serious? Finally, I paid for 90 minutes, but I believe she hustled me out earlier because she had other clients in the waiting room. (Whom I could hear talking as she finished me.)

Bottom line is when I pay fpr a 90 minute massage I want it to be excellent, and not hurried. I will not go here again. One last comment is they need to go back to basics here- they seem to focus more on selling their merchandise then perfecting their skills.
