Ok, first of all... I go to many spas and work near the White House and called this spa because it looked great on line. I loved the owner's voice on the phone and when we booked our appts. she immediately had her staff email us the free parking directions in Laguna Beach and gave us a confirmation for our massages and facials. We walked into the spa yesterday and felt a very positive and loving vibe from all the staff. The services were truly the BEST we have ever received! I loved the facials with Yvonne and the massage from Carrie and Cheryl were outstanding too. I will recommend this spa to all my friends in Virginia!
