I found the services from Harmonia to be wonderful, particularly Gloria and her facials. However, the receptionist and owner alike, seem to be arrogant and I dont like the way they treat customers or their own staff. If I go to a spa to be pampered, I want to be pampered and valued from the time I make the appointment to when I leave the building. For the reason of rude management, I will not return.
**Gloria- should you ever transfer spas, please advertise it well!!!!!!!
