Most amazing treatment EVER! August 28, 2012
My friend and I both had the 2 hour Mahjong Balance treatment. It was truly a slice of heaven. It started with a foot ritual that included a rinse and light foot massage. After selecting your aromatherapy oil of choice you are given a salt scrub exfoliation treatment after which you shower. Next there is the massage portion that incorporates hot jade stones, simply DIVINE. Both sides of the body, limb by limb! Next there is a face massage which incorporates the COLD Mahjong tiles (hence the name), this part was unlike anything I have ever had in a treatment. The cold stones pressed gently around your eyes is so refreshing! Then, there was a scalp massage which incorporated a pink mud scalp product that she meticulously massaged in. Each of these would have been amazing by themselves but together, one after another! Aaaahhhhh!!!! Just when I would think it couldn't get any better it did! I highly recommend this treatment, bit of everything, a full 2 hours!
The amenities were also nice, nothing more special than other spas I have been to. Jacuzzi, steam, sauna etc. Don't get me wrong, nice and relaxing, but nothing special.
The treatment and the attention to customer service is where it's at!!!

Fantastic Treatment! August 23, 2012
My sister and I both got the ayurvedic treatment, massage and shirodhara treatment in one. During the treatment it was pure heaven! My sister and I compared notes afterward and even though our two therapists did the same treatment differently we were both SO impressed!
The baths beforehand are also a must. Come early to enjoy them all. The ice room was not working at first, but during our lounging around time we saw other ladies going in and out so we ventured in. Its more kitchy than anything, but kind of fun to let "snowflakes" fall on you!
All the staff was knowledgable, helpful and attentive. They brought frozen grapes and cold towels into the hot rooms, VERY nice touch! Very nice visit, would definitely come again.

Nice, not great October 25, 2012
This spa is beautiful, has a very cool, asian like theme. The staff were all nice and accommodating. The massage was good, relaxing and very much appreciated. All in all, I would return if I found myself in Toronto again. Had a nice tea and realized in a lounge area, but was a bit busy there, would be nice to have a quiet room.
