I met Ann at Whole Foods in Houston to get her opinion about my skin which was undergoing a change to a more mature skin but with acne and dark spots. Prior to meeting her I got facials once every month but my skin was not improving. Ann analyzed my skin and gave me the products needed to transform my skin to beautiful mature skin without all the dark spots and acne.
I learned that she had a spa in Austin Texas which is where my son lives. I began going to her spa for a facial everytime I visited by son in Austin. Her original spa was very pleasant, clean, relaxing and comforting. However, she has recently moved to a bigger and better location with more privacy and a varity of services.
There was only once where I had a mishap in scheduling when my husband and I was coming from San Antonio. I had an appointment which for some reason was not on the books. The receptionist told me she couldn't take me. I immediately called back and ask Ann the owner to call me back. She immediately called me got an esthetician in there and gave me and my husband complimentary facials and products. This is the kind of intregrity she has as a business owner. All of her esthetician are professionals. My favorite is Casey!
I would visit this business again? Yes
