Today I visited the spa..happy to be able to relax and enjoy the groupon I purchased. I felt like a 2nd class citizen because I purchased the groupon. I had purchased a combo eyebrow wax, shellac manicure and pedicure. I didn't want shellac on my nails..did it in the past and my nails are very weak because of it..i am trying to get my nails healthy again. I asked if I could have paraffin treatment on my feet instead of shellac. On the phone when I made my appt it didn't seem to be a problem, however when I arrived, the girl said she would have to check. She then told me it would be $10 more...I declined and stuck with a manicure. Long story short...my wax was a nightmare..burned my eye and never got the paraffin treatment. Not enough time or $10 more. Doesn't a shellac manicure take longer than a regular manicure???? Wouldn't you think you use groupon to introduce your business to new clients? I will never return to your facility and will tell all my friends about my experience.
