Spa? More like a used car dealership. All they want to do is sell you a membership. Seriously, the receptionist and Manager (Steve, I think his name was) would not stop trying to sell me a membership. I tried explaining I don't have the time or the money to get a massage often, but they wouldn't take no for an answer. They were very rude about it too, saying I "needed" a membership. No, I don't NEED anything from you, just my massage - which was a gift from a friend!! I swear, saying no to the membership affected the massage too; the girl who was working on me did not do a good job. She kept snapping her gum and sighing the whole way through, like I was taking up her time or something. I was afraid to go back to the front desk after because, sure enough, the membership salesmen fought tooth and nail for my credit card. It took me another 20 minutes arguing with them to just let me give them my gift card and leave. I don't know if they get a bonus in their paychecks for selling memberships to people who don't need them, but they really need to work on their customer service skills before I even think of going back to Hand and Stone again.

I would visit this business again? No
