I've been to this spa several times. The level of their staffs vary. Some are greatly skilled and some don't seem to be professionally trained. Service rooms and resting areas are clean. Good steam room but the sauna is often off. It does provide various treatments.

It's a average spa. Staffs are nice. It offers discount coupons on various websites. But when I called to make appointments, they are always booked and asked me to make appointment three to four weeks in advance, which is ridiculous for the services and their quality this spa offers. And they don't seem very busy when I was finally there to redeem my prepaid voucher.

I visited this spa twice. It provides comfortable environment and professional staff. The price is on a higher side. One of the receptionists was quite arrogant both times I visited.
