Overall one of the worst massages I've received

This was my first time at Anoos and I was really dissapointed. When I went to pay, I was given a price that was $10 more than I was given when I made the appointment. The receptionist eventually gave to to me for the price I was quoted but not without some hassle.
Cons: While my massause was nice, she didn't seem to have any massage skill at all. She rubbed in a circular motion the whole time and when I asked for more pressure, sighed and said ok, even though I had only paid for a swedish massage. She never asked me anything about how I was feeling and I left feeling sorry had ever come. The oil she used was also overkill and got all over my clothes.
When the massage was over and I went to the front desk to tip, I was't asked about my massage, I was barely even noticed except to be given an envelope to put a tip into. Horrible experience. It's a shame because I was looking forward to getting some gift cards for family as gifts. I'll never be back.
Pros: My massause did some interesting range of motion excercies.
