My first appt. was great...but apparently that was just for show b/c my successive appts afterwards were subpar to say the least. My 2nd appt experience consisted of abour a 40 minute wait (yes, the tech was VERY late). While i was waiting, the manager put me in a room and I sat there like an idiot not knowing why i was in this room since it wasn't the room where the procedure would be done. Apparently the lady forgot about me (for about another 20 mins) -- she was going to offer me free dry sauna while i waited since the tech was taking so long. Anyway, so i'm in this sauna for like 5 mins then get my procedure done (i paid for a 45 min procedure...I got FIFTEEN minutes...after waiting all that time...RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!). My third appt was better in the sense i didn't have to wait, BUT again, i did not get a 45 minute treatment. And to top it off, the tech tells me "you shouldn't wear that dress, it makes you look 3-4 months pregnant." Yeah, that's just what i want to hear when I'm there specifically to lose fat i accumulated during/post pregnancy -- when i just lost 50 lbs --yeah i really need to hear i'm fat when it's already hard enough trying to get rid of the fat ...the only reason why i'm even at this god-forsaken place that promises to get rid of inches with their "cavitization" machine. From the scheduler, to the manager, to the tech...each one of them incompetent at what their SUPPOSED to do. The scheduler obviously doesn't know what he's doing, he is uncomfortably nervous all the time and lacks bedside manner. The manager seems preocupied with i have no idea what. And the tech...well she doesn't know better...she's just there to get a paycheck, it's very obvious. I DO NOT recommend this spa.
I would visit this business again? No
