I had been going to Metamorphosis since 2006 and usually had decent service. I called up recently to ask for an appt when I saw a special with a new facial (90min). I was given an appointment that night so I rushed over. I was given another cheaper facial that was only 60 min...They acted like they confused the names but when I asked at beginning what was the difference, Marcy could've confirmed what she thought I ordered (instead she dodged question). Owner came out as I got angry saying I had been cheated. Offered me a gift certificate, which later find out is for the cheaper short facial (not the special one that was longer and had other features and add-ons included) which is why I went to the spa that night to get. I wrote a similar review on a NYC page and they deleted it -chicken The manager didn't return my call. I've already stopped two friends from going. You don't rip off customers and you don't make customers feel like they were cheated, especially regular customers. And, frankly when I look back, Marcy only went thru the motions of this facial, nothing special, so I'd avoid going to her. I also broke out the day after. Not going back. They lost a regular customer with this episode.
I would visit this business again? No
