Facing Thayer, A Beauty Spa

I've had the opportunity to experience a number of different spas - even the simple establishments are (1) clean and (2) offer a glass of water....
Facing Thayer had stains on the wall, door, floor and baseboards and the stylist did not even ask if we would like a glass of water. The staff seemed competent albeit abrupt.... with so many spas that get customer service right in RI and surrounding areas, I will not be back to Facing Thayer.
I would visit this business again? NoSpa at Norwich Inn

From the tranquil, country setting to the lovely historic inn, this was a wonderful stay. I spent two nights in December. I stayed in one of the inn rooms, which is located within the same building as all spa areas and treatments. The yoga classes were so helpful, I can't say enough about the very competent instructors. The spa facilities are perfect and include everything, from robes to lotion! Everything is absolutely spotless! My facial was so relaxing and made me look 10 years younger! I was a bit dissatisfied with my manicure, seemed rushed and a tiny bit sloppy. All in all, I cannot wait to return!!
