I booked a spa day with many different services, including spa mani/pedi, facial, massage, sunless tanning, and eye brow wax. The mani/pedi and massage were AWESOME, probably the best I've ever had. Highly recommend! The facial was pretty good, and sunless tanning and eye brow wax were good as well. I liked that they had a sauna I could wait in with a glass of wine between services too.
The worst part of the spa day though was I felt like I was forgotten about most of the day. There was not very good transition between services. When I first came to the salon, they thought I was only there for 1 service. Then, I went to wait for the facial on a couch and sat there for 20 min, even though I was late arriving for the appt, and then was scolded for being late. Being transitioned to the mani/pedi was great, and was given wine and waited in the sauna for the massage, which they had forgotten to schedule and had to fit me in. I waited for 1.5 hours, and had to find the massage person myself who didn't know I was waiting for her, after I told 3 different people that I had been waiting for a long time.
The entire spa day was supposed to take 4-4.5 hours, I was there for over 7 hours!
I will go back, but just 1 service at a time!
I would visit this business again? Yes
